The sales execution layer
SELL
Good GTM advice is easy to get. What is hard is making it happen after the meeting ends.
Sales systems fail on adoption, not on design. Teams run the process that makes their day easier and abandon the one that does not.
So I built the tool I needed to run a sales organization. SELL writes the CRM update, preps the rep with the questions you would ask, and drafts the follow-up. You get a true read on every deal.
The problem it was built for
The way your company wins lives in your head. You know which questions crack a deal open and which accounts are real, because you were on every call. What’s on paper is thin, so the rep you hire is reverse-engineering you instead of selling. When the number comes in short, there is no honest way to tell whether you hired the wrong person, aimed them at the wrong accounts, or handed them a job with no system under it. And underneath it all, you are not confident you will hit this year’s number.
What it does
Writes the CRM update
Preps the rep with the questions you would ask
Drafts the follow-up
The point of all three is the same: a true read on every deal, without anyone typing into the CRM to produce it. Sales systems fail on adoption, so the work has to happen whether or not the rep remembers to do it.
Where it runs
SELL is included in Advisory and in the Fractional CRO engagement, and it is what the GTM Diagnostic reads your pipeline with. It is not sold separately.
